In this thrilling game, the PLAYER's primary objective is to navigate across a vast and intricate GRID, making strategic moves to reach the EXIT point before being overwhelmed by an escalating number of spawned KILLERS. As the PLAYER progresses, they must remain vigilant and quick-thinking, as the KILLERS will relentlessly pursue them, increasing in number with each passing turn. To aid in their escape, the PLAYER has the ability to set up BARRIERS and lay MINES, which can effectively block and destroy the pursuing KILLERS, creating temporary safe havens and buying precious time. The number of KILLERS spawned and the quantity of MINES available to the PLAYER are both determined by the selected DIFFICULTY level, ensuring that the game offers a tailored challenge for all skill levels. Whether using keyboard arrows, the mouse, or touch controls (1-5 for specific actions, 's' to set, 'b' for barriers, 'm' for mines), StratEvade provides a seamless and intuitive gaming experience that keeps players on the edge of their seats.
